K-Procure will assign your office an Insurance Specialist to do a complete breakdown of benefits before each patient’s appointment, including confirmation of remaining benefits, maximums,and deductibles. Your Insurance Specialist will confirm the accuracy of all insurance plan information, including but not limited to group number, and comprehensive benefit breakdown. This includes x-rays, exams, prophy, fluoride, sealants, crowns, SRP, full mouth debridement, Perio maintenance, dentures/partials, implants, occlusal guard, ortho and basic restorative. Please be aware that some of these options depend on which software your practice utilizes.  

We will also verify x-ray history for each patient to determine eligibility. However, we do not
document dates for previous appointments. We will make sure all information is entered into
your software correctly. Your Insurance Specialist will begin by verifying patients in the hygiene column, and all limited and comprehensive appointments. We do not verify all patients in the doctor’s column daily and we do not work backwards and verify patients, and we do not do prior authorization. Also, Medicare and Medicaid patients will only be verified for eligibility and coverage levels.
